The Healthcare services platform is the first of its kind in the world as an open healthcare services Marketplace. In phase one, it covers the Gulf countries and the Arab Republic of Egypt. The platform enables healthcare professionals, private and governmental healthcare institutions to create the platform content for their business in a free and flexible manner. For the first time, through the platform, a healthcare institution can invest its assets, including its human resources in Sharing (Participatory) ecosystem model. As well, the individual healthcare professional can work independently in a Freelancing Ecosystem model or to set up a team of freelancers on the podium to work in a Coworking Ecosystem model. The platform also provides a wide range of services to beneficiaries (healthcare services seekers) in an innovative and accessible way.

The CSF Healthcare Services Platform seeks to ensure the equitable distribution of healthcare services among various healthcare institutions by creating a flexible contracting system for the healthcare professionals to be able to move freely within a city-wide healthcare institutions network. In this way, the platform enables the beneficiaries to access effortlessly a wide range of healthcare services across the cyberspace and in the healthcare institutions, as needed.
